John Bancroft – Managing Director
John has over 20 year’s business experience working for a broad range of companies, with a particularly strong background in new business development, generating sales, and taking new products to market. Over the years he has developed a keen expertise in the generation of new business through the implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies. He has also written many articles on new business development that have been published in sales & marketing, IT magazines and on the Internet.
He is the founder of Incognate (2004), but has also found time previously to Chair the Intellect Marketing Group and sit on the panel for The British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards judging innovation in CRM and SFA.
Helen Bancroft – Finance & HR Director
Helen has several years’ business experience working for large retailers, as well as smaller companies including a business performance improvement company. She has a BSc in Psychology from Plymouth University, Institute of Personnel Management stage 1 qualification and is completing an AAT qualification in finance. She has spent the last 6 years working as the Finance Director of Incognate and gets involved with the day to day aspects of running the business.
Rebecca Hill – Project & General Administrator
Beci is Incognate’s General and Project Administrator, with a background in team administration; she assists with the day to day running of the business and with various aspects of project delivery. She administers the company’s delivery systems and plays an active role in supporting and reporting on client projects.
David Potter – Business Development
David is an experienced business development executive who specialises in all aspects of B2B lead generation campaigns. He has worked for clients in a number of different business sectors, including SME companies in the technical, financial and software sectors.
