John Bancroft – Managing Director
I have over 20 year’s business experience working for a broad range of companies. My key skills are in identifying what is needed to generate more new business, and establishing programmes to take products and services to market. Over the years I have devised and implemented numerous effective new business sales operations and run hundreds of campaigns. I believe in continuous improvement and learning, so I am always looking at ways to further enhance everything we do at Incognate. I also like sharing knowledge and have written many articles on new business development that have been published in sales & marketing, IT magazines and on the Internet.
As well as founding Incognate I have found time previously to Chair the Intellect Marketing Group and sit on the panel for The British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards judging innovation in CRM and SFA.
Helen Bancroft – Finance & HR Director
I have several years’ business experience working for large retailers, but have also worked with smaller companies including a business performance improvement company. I have a BSc in Psychology from Plymouth University, Institute of Personnel Management stage 1 qualification and am currently completing an AAT qualification in finance. I have spent the last 6 years growing into the role of Finance Director at Incognate, but also get heavily involved with the day to day aspects of running the business.
Every member of our project teams have over a decade’s business experience and are multi-disciplined with a range of expertise including telemarketing, sales & marketing, communications and media relations.
John – Managing Director
John has over 20 year’s business experience working for a broad range of companies, with a particularly strong background in new business development, generating sales, and taking new products to market. Over the years he has developed a keen expertise in the generation of new business through the implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies. He has also written many articles on new business development that have been published in sales & marketing, IT magazines and on the Internet.

Rebecca – Project & General Administrator
Beci is Incognate’s General and Project Administrator, with a background in team administration; she assists with the day to day running of the business and with various aspects of project delivery. She administers the company’s delivery systems and plays an active role in supporting and reporting on client projects.
David P – Business Development
David is an experienced business development executive who specialises in all aspects of B2B lead generation campaigns. He has worked for clients in a number of different business sectors, including SME companies in the technical, financial and software sectors.
