John Bancroft – Managing Director

He uses his skill set to help the team produce engaging content, delivered through integrated marketing and communication campaigns that deliver results for our clients. John writes articles and has contributed to the management board of the Finance IT Network, chaired Intellect’s Marketing Group (IT Association) and judged companies at the British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards.

Helen is a tenacious and highly skilled manager who is extremely focused and determined, and uses her excellent communication skills to deliver results. She is persistent and goes the extra mile to exceed expectations. Her new business development management and telemarketing skills have delivered quantifiable results on numerous projects. Helen is creative and looks for new ways to gain attention of senior decision makers across all of Incognate’s integrated marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.

Helen Bancroft – Finance Director

Helen (157x160)Good with numbers, Helen has several years’ business experience working for large retailers, as well as a number of smaller companies. She has completed Stage 1 of an AAT qualification in finance, but also has a BSc in Psychology from Plymouth University and Institute of Personnel Management Stage 1 qualification.

In her role of Finance Director Helen plays a key role in ensuring the numbers add up, but is also involved with the overall strategy, planning and day-to-day aspects of running the business.

Lyn Illsley – Creative Services Manager

Lyn’s specialties are in developing brand concepts, innovative design and artwork, internal branding and communications, deign for print, online, magazines, ezines, and is always great in coming out with the ‘big idea’…

She is multi-talented and brimming with ideas and solutions that few would come up with, and constantly provides the wow factor to Incognate’s clients. She delivers truly inspirational results on time, every time.

John Davis – Account Manager

John is an highly-experienced and driven sales manager with a strong record of new business sales, an extensive history of building and managing teams, but has also run his own business and is a former journalist. John is an exceptional manager and is responsible for the delivery of client programmes and managing Incognate accounts. He works with our team of specialists to ensure the highest client satisfaction by delivering projects on time every time and ensuring exceptional results.  He consistently goes above and beyond all targets  in every facet of business and personal pride in his performance is the driving force behind his work ethic.

Adrian Higgs – Senior Copywriter

Adrian’s background in direct marketing in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, means that he understands theAdrian Higgs - Senior Copywriter importance of clarifying campaign and business objectives, the messages that need to be communicated and the audiences to which they need to be communicated. Once objectives, messages and audience are clear, he writes highly-effective, engaging copy that helps realise out clients to realise their objectives.

Susie BeesleySusie is a highly accomplished copywriter with a strong focus in online markets – that’s websites and email campaigns. She is more of an upfront salesy type of copywriter – creating landing pages, web copy with a clear CTA,  and emails that elicit interest and a click through. She enjoys working with friendly teams that put the client (and the success of the project) at the centre of what they do.

Shirley Redpath – Copywriter and Facilitator

Her experience spans the finance and technology industries. She is also an experienced management consultant specialising in understanding the human behavioural and motivational issues behind achieving strategic goals.

Neil provides creative graphic design and bespoke Prezi presentation design and build and Prezi training to clients. With over 17 years’ experience in the design industry, he has a broad range of knowledge and experience. He designs highly creative solutions to any brief with great success.

Vicky Jones – Event Manager

Vicky is a professionally qualified marketer that enables her to demonstrate success in project management and account management in event management roles. Vicky has experience in managing B2B marketing activities, predominately event management gained in the IT sector, and utilities and transport industries, having worked for Logica, Network Rail and Philips.
